Elfy Hassan has built a career focused on creating amazing customer experiences. Having worked for both F&B and high-end retail brands, he went on to be a Customer Service Agent for United Airlines before joining the cabin crew of Jetstar International. Realizing that he likes a challenge, but doesn’t necessarily like one at 33,000 feet, Elfy pivoted to the hospitality sector in 2016, and now serves as Senior Butler for a reputable 5 star hotel in Singapore.
